Revenue Streams LLC provides strategic advisory services, fractional C-suite support, and operational guidance to mid-market companies. Our engagements include strategic planning, execution architecture, organizational design, and leadership advisory. All services are provided on a confidential basis and tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Confidentiality

Revenue Streams LLC maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, financial data, and proprietary systems shared during engagements. This confidentiality obligation extends indefinitely and covers all material discussed during our work together. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, systems, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed or enhanced during an engagement remain the exclusive property of Revenue Streams LLC unless otherwise specified in a written engagement agreement. Client data, strategies, and business information remain the property of the client. All deliverables created specifically for the client are the client's property upon final payment.

Engagement Structure

Engagements are structured as fractional advisory relationships, project-based engagements, or retained advisory retainers. Specific terms, duration, fees, and deliverables are outlined in individual engagement agreements. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. All engagements require a signed engagement agreement before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Revenue Streams LLC provides advisory services based on information and circumstances known at the time of engagement. We are not responsible for market conditions, economic factors, or outcomes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the engagement period in which the liability arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Representations and Warranties

Revenue Streams LLC represents that it has the authority to enter into advisory engagements and that its services will be performed professionally and in good faith. However, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue growth, or business results. All projections and recommendations are based on available information and current market conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Engagement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from an engagement, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be resolved through mediation before any legal action is pursued. Both parties agree to share mediation costs equally.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all fees incurred through the termination date. All confidential information and intellectual property obligations survive termination.

Changes to Terms

Revenue Streams LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Engagement at any time. Changes to the terms will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
