Product 6. Strategic Alliance. AI in Action

Your team builds four to eight real AI use cases. Then they present the results to your leadership.

A cohort program that ends with your own people showing what they built, what the work used to take, and what it takes now.

People are the light. Technology is the tool.

2 to 2.5 monthsStrategic alliance. Cohort program

The Problem

Most AI training ends with a certificate. Nothing in the business changed. This program ends with your teams standing in front of your leadership showing work they built themselves, measured before and after. We start by learning how your areas actually operate. Every exercise is written against that. Then small groups take a real process from their own week and rebuild it. We stay beside them while they do it.

You stop paying for people to learn about AI and start paying for things your team builds and keeps.

Who It Is For

  • Companies whose teams have had AI training and still cannot point to anything built
  • Leaders who want the people closest to the work solving their own problems, not waiting on IT
  • Firms with teams across the United States and Latin America that need the same program in both languages
  • PE backed companies that need visible proof of progress before the next board cycle

Delivery

Cohort size: 7 to 24 people. Above 24 we open a second cohort.

  • On site at your offices. 4 sessions of 3 hours.
  • Live online. 6 sessions of 2 hours.
  • Both delivered in English or Spanish.

What Is Inside

What you get, and what each part is for.

  • Understanding session. We sit with each participating area before anything is written, and learn how the work actually gets done. Every exercise in the program is built from what we hear.
  • Training built on your work. What generative AI is and where it fails. Hallucinations, bias, and responsible use. Prompting fundamentals. Advanced technique including role, negative, multistep, and meta prompting. The examples are yours, not a stock deck.
  • Prototypes. Groups of 3 to 4 people, formed by area so each group works on a process it owns. Between 4 and 8 real use cases per program. Each group keeps a working log and a project document.
  • Coaching while they build. Three sessions of 30 minutes per group, plus group clinics when the same blocker shows up more than once. We resolve what is stuck. We do not take the work over.
  • Close with the teams. Each group presents its own project. Before, after, and the impact they measured. Satisfaction survey and exit assessment on confidence and capability.
  • Close with leadership. A separate session with the leadership team. What the teams built, what it means for the company, our recommendations, and a plan for the next phase.

Tools Supported

  • Claude
  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Copilot
  • NotebookLM

We work inside the tool you already license. Paid licenses are required and provided by the client.

How It Is Different

  • The output is working use cases, not attendance.
  • Groups are formed by area, so every project is real work someone owns on Monday.
  • The program ends in front of your leadership, not with a certificate email.
  • Delivered in English and Spanish with the same quality in both.

Best Fit If You've Said

  • We did the training. Nobody can show me anything they built.
  • I do not want another certificate. I want to see something working.
  • My people know their processes better than any consultant will. I want them building.
  • Half my team works in Spanish and the last program only worked in English.

Where This Leads

The next step from here is The AI Radiography, Adoption at Scale, or One Workstream, depending on how far the work needs to go.

Questions

What buyers ask before they start.

What does the program actually produce?

Between four and eight working AI use cases, built by your own people on processes they own, presented to your leadership team with before and after measurement. Not attendance records and not certificates.

How many people take part?

Seven to twenty four in a cohort. Above twenty four we open a second cohort. Inside the cohort, groups of three to four form by department so every project belongs to someone.

Can the program run in Spanish?

Yes. It is delivered in English and Spanish with the same quality in both, which matters for companies with teams across the United States and Latin America.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and NotebookLM. We work inside the tool you already license and the paid licenses are yours.

How long does it take?

Two to two and a half months. Four sessions of three hours on site, or six sessions of two hours live online, plus the prototype and coaching stages and two closing sessions.

What happens after the program ends?

The prototypes worth keeping get built properly and handed to whoever will run them. That is a separate phase at $12,000 a month with a three month minimum. If the work turns out to be larger, it becomes One Workstream.
