Carlos Coutin, bio
Carlos Coutin is the Founder and CEO of Revenue Streams LLC in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. An operator for more than twenty years, he has held COO level roles in hospitality and financial services and led operations at inStream Solutions, a Washington DC fintech. He is a 2026 Chamber ALX 40 Over 40 honoree, works in English and Spanish, and speaks on leadership in the age of AI.
