Responsible AI principles
What does responsible AI mean in practice?
Seven commitments behind every engagement. They are the standard a board, a client or a regulator can hold the work to.
People first.
AI replaces the process, not the person. The hours it returns go to clients, growth and the work only people can do.
Training before tools.
People learn on their own work before anything is rolled out. Nobody is handed a tool without knowing when not to use it.
Clear rules for data.
Every engagement sets which data may go into which tool, and who decides. Those rules are written down and owned by the client.
Confidential by default.
All work is under NDA. Client information is used only for the client’s engagement.
Tool neutral.
The work uses the tools the client already pays for, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot.
Humans decide.
AI drafts, analyzes and automates. Judgment, accountability and the final call stay with people.
Measured, not promised.
Targets are agreed before the first invoice and measured in hours returned, revenue gained and risk removed.
People are the light. Technology is the tool.
