Carlos Coutin has spent 20+ years turning strategy into revenue, and founder dependent companies into businesses that can scale without them. He is the founder of Revenue Streams LLC, a strategic advisory firm for founders, CEOs, owners, and COOs of $10M to $200M companies across DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
His record is operating, not theoretical. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of a creative technology venture in sports and entertainment built on AR and AI. As an operations and commercial leader he helped position a growing company for a successful sale. Earlier he led financial planning operations overseeing more than one billion dollars in assets under advisement and teams of more than thirty people. He has led inside large organizations including CVS Health and IHG Hotels and Resorts, and has advised hundreds of small and mid-market businesses across the United States and Latin America on growth.
He holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Sales Management from ESIC in Madrid, a master's in Marketing Management from CESA in Colombia, a degree in International Business Management, and a CFP, Certification, Financial Planning and Services from Boston University. He was named to the 2026 Chamber ALX 40 Over 40 class. He is a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, and his firm is SAM.gov registered. He advises bilingually, in English and Spanish.
