That is the role I was trained for, and it is the role I have played across hospitality, fintech, healthcare, and creative technology for the past fifteen years.
It began in luxury hospitality with IHG, Intercontinental Hotel Group, where the standard was 93% cross-functional agility and the lesson was that orchestrating the human experience is the hardest and most valuable skill any organization can develop. That philosophy has never left me.
From there: wealth management and fintech at McLean Asset Management, serving as Director of Financial Planning and COO, and founding a fintech venture that automated planning workflows for 1,200 advisors. Then CVS Health at the height of the pandemic, leading digital transformation while competing against the logistical ambition of Amazon Pharmacy. Then Muendel Creative Experiences, where I served as COO and VP of Sales through a $1.6M seed round. Then Envision Consulting, where the founder wanted one thing: a company that could grow without him carrying everything. We built that. Revenue had grown 600% by the time we finished. And now Revenue Streams LLC, the synthesis of all of it.

My career began in environments shaped by Four Seasons, Fairmont, and Ritz-Carlton, and that formation never left me. Not as nostalgia, but as a standard. The way those organizations think about people, attention to detail, and the creation of trust at every client interaction is precisely the kind of thinking that the best companies in every industry are now trying to learn.
