Product 4. The AI Radiography
Find out how AI is already being used inside your company. Including the part nobody told you about.
A participation based baseline of where your organization actually stands with AI, scored across five pillars, in four to six weeks.
People are the light. Technology is the tool.
The Problem
Most companies arrive at AI under pressure. A competitor moved, a vendor called, the board asked. That pressure produces fast decisions. Licenses bought, pilots launched, training booked, all before anyone establishes where the company actually stands. The AI Radiography answers that question first. Your own people answer a structured instrument built around your processes and your language. We score five pillars of maturity and read what is already happening with AI across the company, including the tools people use on their own accounts. What you get back is a photograph of the present moment, built from the inside.
You stop deciding from vendor promises and start deciding from your own numbers.
How It Runs
The sequence, week by week.
- 1.
Week 1. We adapt the instrument to your process map, your internal vocabulary, and the population you want covered.
- 2.
Weeks 2 and 3. The form stays open for two weeks. Closed questions on a one to five scale, plus open questions where an answer has to be backed by an example. Anyone can answer it, technical or not.
- 3.
Week 4. We process the quantitative and qualitative data. Scores by pillar and by process area. Patterns across areas. The read on informal AI use against what the company believes is happening.
- 4.
Weeks 5 and 6. We deliver the report and present the findings in a working session.
Who It Is For
- Founders and CEOs of $30M to $200M private B2B firms who have bought AI licenses and cannot see the return
- COOs carrying a governance question they cannot answer yet
- Private equity operating partners who need a real read on a portfolio company before the next board cycle
- Federal and Commonwealth leaders who need a defensible baseline before scaling
What Is Inside
What you get, and what each part is for.
- An instrument built for your company. The questionnaire is adapted to your process structure and your internal names for things, so people answer about their real work instead of translating a generic survey.
- The read on AI already in use. How often people use it, which tools, for what tasks, whether they are on a corporate license or a personal account, and how they learned. This is the section that most often surprises leadership. The informal use is usually wider and more advanced than the company assumes.
- The five pillar score. Each pillar scored one to five, with open evidence behind the numbers, broken out by process area so you can see which parts of the company are ready and which are not. Answers of I do not know are pulled out of the averages and reported separately, because not knowing is itself a finding.
- The Transversal Reading Report. Methodology note. Who answered and how representative they are. Current AI use. Results by pillar. The integrated maturity profile. Conclusions and prioritized recommendations.
- Annexes you will actually use. The AI tools found in each process area. The people already using AI at an advanced level, by name, who become the ones who carry the next step. And the tools people reported that were not on our list.
- Findings session. A working session with the people responsible for the program. We read the results together in context and agree on what the next step should be.
What this is not
- Not a technical audit of your systems, infrastructure, or security.
- Not a complete inventory of every AI tool in the building.
- Not the roadmap. It is the ground the roadmap gets built on. The Action Plan is the product that builds it.
Pillars Evaluated
- Pillar 1. Direction and guidelines. Is there a declared position on AI, someone accountable for it, written rules, and money behind it.
- Pillar 2. Information, documentation, and working tools. How organized, current, connected, trusted, and protected your information is.
- Pillar 3. People and culture. Attitude, training received, how often teams actually use it, and whether leaders are pulling adoption or watching it.
- Pillar 4. Processes and applied use. Whether AI is inside real work, how deep it goes by area, and how output gets checked before it is used.
- Pillar 5. Value and impact. Whether anything measurably improved, whether anyone is measuring, and whether the tools that were introduced are still in use.
Best Fit If You've Said
- “We pay for the licenses. I have no idea if anyone uses them.”
- “I think half my team is using their own ChatGPT account and I cannot prove it.”
- “The board asked what our AI plan returned and I did not have a number.”
- “I do not want another pilot. I want to know where we stand.”
What we need from you
- Access to the population you want read. Coverage is what makes the findings hold. Areas where three or fewer people answer give direction, not conclusions.
- Honest answers. This instrument measures how your people see their own reality. That is the point of it, and it is stated plainly in every section of the report.

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Agreed before the first invoice.
Priced by: Size of the population being read, because that is what drives the work.
The report stands on its own. If you go forward into The Action Plan, Adoption at Scale, AI in Action, or One Workstream, half the fee folds into that engagement.
Where This Leads

Questions
What buyers ask before they start.
How do I know if my company is ready for AI?
You do not, until someone measures it. The AI Radiography scores five pillars using answers from your own people, so the readiness number comes from inside the company rather than from a vendor's assessment of what you should buy.
What is shadow AI and why does it matter?
Shadow AI is the use of AI tools that nobody approved, usually through personal accounts, because the approved tool is slower than the unapproved one. It matters because company information moves through it and leadership has no visibility into where.
What does the AI Radiography actually measure?
Five pillars. Direction and guidelines. Information, documentation and tools. People and culture. Processes and applied use. Value and impact. Each is scored one to five with written evidence behind the number, broken out by process area.
Is this a security or technical audit?
No. It does not inspect your systems, infrastructure, or security controls, and it is not a complete inventory of every tool in the building. It is a maturity and usage baseline built from what your people report.
How long does an AI readiness assessment take?
Four to six weeks. One week to adapt the instrument, two weeks with the form open, one week to process the data, then delivery and the findings session.
How much does an AI readiness assessment cost?
Priced by the size of the population being read. $12,000 up to 100 people, $19,000 for 100 to 400, $28,000 for 400 to 1,000, and from $40,000 above that. Federal and Commonwealth engagements are $45,000.
